Gutter Cleaning

Blocked gutters are one of the most common — and most avoidable — causes of water damage to Auckland homes. Leaves, silt and general debris build up quietly over winter, and by the time you notice water pouring over the edge in a downpour, it's often already found its way into the fascia or the roof cavity. We clear every metre of guttering by hand, not just a quick blast from the ground, so nothing gets left wedged in a corner to build up again a few weeks later.

Downpipes get checked and cleared too, since a blocked downpipe causes the exact same overflow problem as a blocked gutter, just further down the line. Once everything's clear, we tidy up as we go — no debris left in your garden beds, no mess on the driveway, just gutters that are actually doing their job again. It's a small job that's easy to put off, but a cheap one compared to the cost of fixing water damage once it's happened.
